CaGamesMost (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Store”) operates this website and online store for the sale of board games and related products in Canada. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, as well as all orders placed through it. By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

1. General

• You must be of the age of majority in your province or territory of residence. If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must consent to and complete the purchase on your behalf.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, suspected fraud, reselling activity, or product unavailability.
• We do not store full credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments).
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all orders and your account.

• Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs are displayed during the checkout process. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier (subject to applicable law).
• For international shipments (if offered), you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Our Returns Policy is set out in a separate document and forms part of these Terms. Generally, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we have made an error. Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized products, opened games, digital content, and pre-orders (subject to exceptions required by law).

6. Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews, comments, photos, or any other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for any purpose, including marketing and promotion.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Canadian law.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario.
