You play as famous comic book heroes trying to stop a villain from completing a scheme. You build a custom deck and switch between your hero form and your alter ego. The villain fights back using an automated deck of events and minions. It plays incredibly well solo or with one other person. You will spend time tinkering with different card combinations outside of the game. The core system is easy to grasp but offers plenty of depth. The physical quality of the cards is quite good.
