This one puts you and your friends against four diseases breaking out across the globe. You all have different roles and need to work together to find cures. It can be quite challenging and you will probably lose your first few attempts. You travel between cities, treat populations, and build research stations. The board tension gets pretty high towards the end. It is a solid cooperative experience if you prefer working as a team rather than fighting each other.
