You have two face-down cards representing your secret network of influence in a corrupt city. On your turn, you claim to have any character you want to activate their action, like stealing coins as the Captain. If someone calls your bluff, you lose a card unless you can prove it.

The game is over in five minutes and leaves people paranoid. The cards wear out quickly from constant shuffling, so sleeves are mandatory. It is all about confident lying.
